WEEKEND SCHEDULE

  • When you arrive, follow the signs for parking and please check-in at the Welcome Table at the “Rosemary” entrance.

  • The Welcome Dinner will be self-service and available in the Dining Hall at the “Rosemary Inn” building and the menu is as follows:

    • Homemade Pizza and a green salad

    • Gingerbread Cake, Coffee and Tea.

  • Hopefully, the burn ban won’t be in effect and we can all enjoy a nice big fire at the fire pit to the west of the “Rosemary Inn”.

  • Warm up those pipes, because Karaoke kicks off at 8PM in the Cedar Room @ Rosemary Inn

FRIDAY 6/26/2026

  • Saturday breakfast will be self-service and available in the Dining Hall at the “Rosemary Inn” building, and the menu is as follows:

    • Pancakes, veggie or chicken sausage, cereals, and fresh fruit.

    • Coffee, tea, and milk are available all day.

    *Pack Your Own* sack lunches are available at breakfast to enjoy later in the day.

  • Adventuring: There will be opportunities to participate in sign-up-only guided adventures, led by NPS employees, to either paddle Lake Crescent in Salish Canoes or lead a naturalist hike to Marymere Falls. Children MUST be accompanied by an adult!

    Games on The Green: Our resident GAME MASTER, Colin, will be leading games on “Rosemary Field” such as Badminton, Corn Hole(s), Big Jenga, Croquet, Yardzee, etc. If you have a lawn game that you want to play, please feel free to bring it with you!

  • The sun sets at around 9:15pm, so please pace yourselves! Beer & Wine will be available near the Fire Pit/along the western side of Rosemary Inn.

  • Please gather near the Fire Pit so that all the guests can walk together to the ceremony location! Please help others navigate the walk through Rosemary Field.

  • The ceremony will be held at the northern end of Rosemary Field (closer to the water).

    We are asking that you keep your phones away and on silent.We have a professional photographer, and we don’t want a bunch of phones in the photos! Thank you in advance!

  • Meet at the “Fireplace Shelter” for a quick champagne/sparkler toast and post-ceremony hangs!

  • The bar and appetizers will be located at the Rosemary Inn, and all food will be self-service.

  • Saturday dinner will be self-service and available in the Dining Hall at the “Rosemary Inn” building, and the menu is as follows:

    • Local wild-caught salmon served with roasted red pepper cream cheese sauce OR marionberry reduction sauce

      • Fresh steamed broccoli served with asiago cheese sauce

      • Almond basmati rice pilaf

      • Nine grain roll with Butter

    • VEGETARIAN: Indian Chana Masala

      • Spring salad mix /salad bar of veggies, croutons, and Ranch/Italian/Sweet & Sour Onion dressings.

  • Speeches, dinner, music, fires, and dancing! Let’s have some fun!

    MUSIC WILL MOVE INDOORS AFTER 10PM

SATURDAY 6/27/2026

  • Sunday brunch will be self-service and available in the Dining Hall at the “Rosemary Inn” building, and the menu is as follows:

    • Scrambled eggs with basil and creamed cheese

    • Buttermilk buscuits w/ butter & freezer jam

    • Turkey and veggie sausage

    • Cereals and granola with coffee, tea, and juices available.

  • Please pack up your things and start making your way off campus. We will also be taking down decorations and moving furniture back to its original location - if you are willing and able to help, any helping hand will be greatly appreciated.

    Guests are welcome to store belongings on cabin porches or in the gazebo until they are ready to depart, but must be out of your rooms by 10am!
